Directions + Care:
- For soothing warmth, place in the microwave for 2 to 4 minutes (may decrease/increase time depending on the strength of the microwave)

I love it! I've added using my Beloved pack to my nighttime routine to help with some stubborn bursitis I've been dealing with and it's been really helpful! I also love it for helping with headaches and other minor soreness - especially my neck after sitting all day for work. I highly recommend getting a pack, and I'm considering getting a second one myself!
